Every membership moves across all three lines: Functional Studio, Communal Bath House and Performance Lab. Core is our entry tier and includes full class access and Open Floor. All Access unlocks HYROX conditioning, Aufguss rituals and priority booking. Black adds the full Performance Lab suite and concierge scheduling. Compare all three on the Memberships page.
Book any class or Open Floor session directly from the Classes page or your account. You can cancel up to 4 hours before the start time with no penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may count against your monthly quota. Spots are held live, so book early for peak hours.
The Functional Studio, Bath House and Performance Lab are member-only. Non-members can tour the club by appointment and trial a single session. Membership gives you the full integrated access across all three lines plus member pricing on the Performance Lab.
Yes. Memberships can be frozen for travel, injury or medical reasons. Reach out to the front desk and we will pause your access and billing for the agreed period, then reactivate automatically when you return.
Performance Lab testing is appointment-only and priced per session. Black members receive the full Lab suite included; All Access and Core members can add individual tests at member rates. Baseline assessments are recommended for all new members.
